She's been facilitating training and providing technical assistance to agencies since 2007. In 2013 she obtained certification as a process-improvement facilitator (aka: LEAN) and in 2015 she completed a certificate in Non-Profit Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin and is a current member of the National Association
